We charge for your subscription three months before shipping. For example, if you sign up between March 1st and May 31st, your first box will ship on June 3rd, and then arrive about 7 to 15 business days later.

How can I find out what the theme will be for the next quarter?
We release theme spoilers on Instagram and Facebook every 3 months on the first day of the quarter. If you're not a fan of the themes, you can choose to skip or pause that quarter. Want to grab an extra box? Go for it. And if you're not on social media, don't worry - we'll also email all the theme spoilers at the start of each quarter, giving you ample time to decide.
