At Grabie, we prioritize providing excellent shipping service to all our customers around the globe. Please keep in mind that all shipping times are estimates. Factors beyond our control, such as local customs clearance, severe weather conditions, the pandemic, and peak holiday seasons, may lead to delays. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to deliver your order!
WHERE DO YOU SHIP FROM?
We have multiple warehouses strategically located in the US and Asia to efficiently fulfill your orders. For most orders placed within the United States, we ship directly from our warehouse in Los Angeles. However, if you are ordering from outside the US or if the products you selected are designated for fulfillment from our Asian warehouse, those orders will be shipped from there. This allows us to ensure timely delivery and the availability of a wider range of products.
HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
Order Processing Time
Orders are usually processed and packed within 1 to 3 business days after being placed. Once processing is complete, the orders are then shipped. Please note that processing times may vary based on the availability of individual items, the time of year, and national holidays. Be sure to factor this into your overall shipping estimates.

*Shipping time is estimated and starts from the shipping date, rather than the order date. It may take longer than expected due to invalid addresses, customs clearance procedures, or other factors.
SUBSCRIPTION DELIVERY INFORMATION
All subscriptions are shipped via USPS First Class Mail, and typically, you can anticipate delivery within 7 to 15 business days based on our predetermined schedule each month.
Estimated Delivery Times:
- United States: 7 to 15 business days
- Canada: Up to 12 business days
- European Union/United Kingdom: Up to 3 weeks
- Other Locations: Up to 4 weeks
*Please note that international shipments may encounter additional delays due to customs processing. We partner with 4PX and YunExpress for deliveries, and you will receive a unique tracking number for your order. While we provide these estimated delivery times, we recommend allowing an additional 3 weeks beyond the standard timeframe to accommodate any unforeseen delays.

PROMOTIONS AND SALES
All sales are final. Our promotions and deals are limited, so we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for orders made during promotional periods. Our delivery guarantees and after-sales support will remain available to all customers. Please reach us at service@grabie.cc for any questions or inquiries.
60 DAY GUARANTEE
Grabie guarantees delivery for all orders. If your order is not successfully delivered to you within 60 days, please send us a quick email with your order number, and we will issue a full refund.
CUSTOMS FEE
In some countries, duties and taxes must be paid before goods are released from customs. Customers are solely responsible for customs fees. Grabie does not offer refunds or returns if customers do not pay these fees or if there is any confusion regarding customs requirements. Additionally, please be aware that, in rare instances, customs agents may delay the release of orders at their discretion.

DELIVERY ERROR
In instances where delivery addresses are incorrect or incomplete, or recipients aren't available for pickup, it is the recipient's responsibility to provide us with the corrected and complete address and incur additional re-delivery charges. Once an order has been shipped, we can no longer make changes or adjustments to the address during mid-delivery.
$10 or 25% of the total order value will be charged for re-deliveries, whichever is higher.
SHIPPING COURIERS
We ship our packages via USPS, FedEx, UPS, and Amazon Express.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email that includes your tracking number. You can use this number to track your package through our Order Tracking. For international orders, you will also receive a unique tracking number to help you follow your package's journey. If you have any additional questions, feel free to reach out!
