ONLINE STORE
1. When will my online store order ship?
For online store orders, non-subscription products usually ship within a timeframe of 7-15 business days. If you place an order that includes both subscription and non-subscription items, the non-subscription products will be shipped within the standard 7-15 day period, while the subscription items will follow their predetermined schedule, shipping the month or quarter after your purchase.

2. What should I do if an item I want is out of stock?
If you come across an item that is out of stock, please feel free to email us your request. Our product team will review your message and try to restock the item as quickly as possible.
Please note, we currently do not offer a notification service for restocked items. We recommend checking our shop regularly for the item you’re looking for!

3. Can I include a gift note with my purchase?
We're so happy to hear you're gifting Grabie goodies! Unfortunately, we aren't able to add a gift note to your order. However, you can still let your recipient know that a wonderful Grabie gift is on its way!
4. How much does shipping cost for my online order?
Shipping costs depend on your location and the weight of your order. When you check out, you will see the shipping options available. For deliveries within the US, we offer shipping through USPS, FedEx, UPS, and Amazon Express. The standard shipping fee is $5.99.
For international orders, we use 4PX and YunExpress. You will also receive a unique tracking number to follow your package. If you have any other questions, feel free to ask!

We have warehouses located in the US and Asia. Orders placed within the US usually come from our warehouse in Los Angeles. If you’re ordering from outside the US or purchasing certain products, those orders are typically shipped from our warehouse in Asia.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY
1. What is the Happiness Guarantee?
At Grabie, we prioritize your happiness! Our Happiness Guarantee means that if you’re not satisfied with something you receive, just send it back – no hard feelings!
2. How long do I have to return an item?
You have 30 days to return any item that you’re not happy with.
3. What do I need to do to initiate a return?
Our Customer Service Team is happy to get you everything you need for a successful return. You are responsible for the cost of the return shipping (it will be deducted from your refund) for all products that are being returned unless otherwise specified by our Customer Service Team.

6. Refunds when paid with gift cards
If you return items that were paid for using a Grabie Gift Card, then you will be issued an e-gift card for the full refund amount.

If you used a combination of payment methods, you will first be refunded with an e-gift card and the rest will be refunded to the credit card you used at the time of purchase.

If you need an order cancelled please reach out to us ASAP at service@grabie.cc and include your order number in your request. We do our best to answer all customer inquiries within 1-3 business days, but one-time online store orders can ship in as little as one business day. We cannot guarantee changes to orders after they have been placed.

SCRAPBOOK BOX SUBSCRIPTIONS
1. When will my subscription arrive?
All scrapbook boxes are mailed via USPS First Class Mail, with delivery typically taking about 7 to 15 business days after the 3rd of the following month. We bill for the subscription in the month prior to shipment. For example, if you sign up anytime in January (January 1st through January 31st), your first box will ship on the 3rd of February. You can expect to receive it approximately 7 to 15 business days after that date.

Your shipping address is stored in two locations on your Grabie account: in the Account Details section of your Account Dashboard and within the Subscription Management section.
To update your shipping address for your subscription, follow these steps:

2. Click “Manage Subscription” at the top of the page.
3. Select the subscription you want to update.
4. Click “See More Details.”
5. Click "Edit" next to the Product Shipping Info.
6. Click "Edit" next to your shipping address on the right side of the page.

4. Click "Edit" next to Payment Details.
5. Select "Update payment method,” then click "Send Email."
6. Check your email for a message from Shopify with further instructions.
7. Follow the instructions in the email to update your payment info.
Important Notes:
- Any updates will take effect on your next bill. If you’ve already been billed for this month’s subscription, please reach out for assistance.

11. Where is my 15% VIP Subscriber discount?
Once you subscribe, you’ll receive your 15% VIP Subscriber discount code via email. Here’s what you need to know:

We release theme spoilers on Instagram and Facebook every month on the first day of the month. If you're not a fan of the themes, you can choose to skip or pause that month. Want to grab an extra box? Go for it. And if you're not on social media, don't worry - we'll also email all the theme spoilers at the start of each month, giving you ample time to decide.

16. How can I find out what the theme will be for the next quarter?
We release theme spoilers on Instagram and Facebook every 3 months on the first day of the quarter. If you're not a fan of the themes, you can choose to skip or pause that quarter. Want to grab an extra box? Go for it. And if you're not on social media, don't worry - we'll also email all the theme spoilers at the start of each quarter, giving you ample time to decide.
