When was the company established?
The idea for Grabie started in January of 2021 as a response to the widespread anxiety and depression that touched many of our lives during the pandemic. See our ABOUT US page for more details.
Why did you decide to start the company?
We ourselves have experienced the uplifting, inspiring, and healing powers of creative expression through art and became passionate about making it available and accessible to as many people as possible! See our ABOUT US page for more details about who we are and what we do.
Where are you located?
We are based in the Silicon Valley of California. Our HQ is in the Bay Area, but we have team members all over the world (Los Angeles,Hongkong, Shanghai). We believe a good and diverse team is essential to running our company.
Where are products sourced from?
Currently the products are being sourced in Asia and Southeast Asia. It is important for us to source quality products and we take that responsibility very seriously. We are currently looking to find and partner with other manufacturers and suppliers throughout Europe and the Americas as well.
Why do you have a “.CC” domain?
TBH, the Grabie.com domain was taken . We are a small startup trying to hustle, so we went with the “.CC domain”.
What should I do if I encounter any issues with my product?
Please feel free to reach out to our customer service email. Please allow us 48 hours to respond, but we are usually pretty good and can respond to communications within 24 hours.
Why do you have so few ratings and can I trust Grabie?
We are a new company that just started this year, so we are slowly gaining traction and reviews. We are located in the US and governed by US laws and regulations. We do our best to provide good customer service as customer service is our priority. Our platform and payment systems are integrated with SHOPIFY.
Can I cancel / return an order while it is being processed?
We are sorry that orders cannot be changed once being processed. But you are welcome to contact us once you receive the products with defects, and we are here to help.
