I love my new metallic watercolor set. There are so many fun colors to choose from, great quality and cute watercolor tin too. They look really good on black paper or layered on regular watercolors for details.

You know that when you get 40 Metallic shades, some are bound to be just a little less pigmented than the rest. This box is no exception. However, that also says something about the quality of the majority of the pans, which really exceeds expectations for the price I paid. I especially love the blue and green shades. The lighter colours seem less pigmented.
