How To Make Delicate Greeting Cards For Mother's Day

Mother's Day is around the corner! There is nothing better than a handmade greeting card to express your love. Every mother is a revered queen, so we draw a delicate wreath as her crown.

Step 1:Sketch A Round Wreath Draft In Pencil

Great oaks from little acorns grow, so a careful draft is a must-frame for our card. However, it doesn’t need to be a perfect circle, mom will embrace your imperfections just as she embraces every aspect of your life.

 

 

 

Step 2: Draw Flowers With Colored Pencils

Now it’s time to make your wreath more lifelike! Add vibrant flowers with colored pencils. Be creative in your selection and arrangement of colors, and don't forget to choose various shades to create a diverse beauty!

 

 

 

Step 3: Add Details With Bay Leaves & Baubles

Then, use colored pencils to add intricate details to your wreath, such as delicate bay leaves and sparkling baubles. The bay leaves will add a sense of elegance, while the baubles will catch the light and make your card shine. Take your time with this step – it's the small touches that will make your card stands out.

 

 

 

Step4: Express Your Love To Mom!
