All scrapbook boxes are mailed via USPS First Class Mail, with delivery typically taking about 7 to 15 business days after the 3rd of the following month. We bill for the subscription in the month prior to shipment. For example, if you sign up anytime in January (January 1st through January 31st), your first box will ship on the 3rd of February. You can expect to receive it approximately 7 to 15 business days after that date.

If you want to take a break from your subscription, please make sure to pause your billing before your next recurring subscription order is generated. For example, if your order is set to generate on February 4th, you'll need to pause your billing before that date.

How do I know what will be in my box?
We release theme spoilers on Instagram and Facebook every month on the first day of the month. If you're not a fan of the themes, you can choose to skip or pause that month. Want to grab an extra box? Go for it. And if you're not on social media, don't worry - we'll also email all the theme spoilers at the start of each month, giving you ample time to decide.
