Internship 1
*Remote Unpaid Live Selling, Social Media Internship (for school credit)
This internship primarily focuses on building our Live Selling schedule and efforts. Live Selling is when you go live on a social media platform and sell products during the Live. We have recently been accepted into the Shop TikTok beta program, so we'll be going live on TikTok, and we're already doing Lives on YouTube, Instagram, and other platforms, which we will continue.
TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES (not limited to):
- Reaching out to our list of existing influencers to recruit them to do Lives with us. Build a schedule of Lives so that they are scheduled 4-6 weeks out.
- Set up/schedule Lives in the backend of YouTube and TikTok Train the influencers on how to do the Lives, and communicate all necessary information.
- Work with our in-house team to make creative to promote the Lives, and strategize how to best promote the Lives on social and other channels (ie email, ads, sms).
- Build onboarding and going Live documents and checklists
- Be available to facilitate the Lives 3x a week or more - ie getting influencers signed in to the platform at least 30 min ahead of the Live, checking that all presets are working, then moderating during the Live (1hr on average), and doing follow-up feedback for improvement with influencers after each Live.
- Research how other companies are doing Live Selling, make suggestions, share insights, and examples to help improve our results and sales.
TIME COMMITMENT:
Mon - Fri, 15 - 20 hours a week
REQUIREMENTS:
- Excellent, fluent spoken and written English
- Great communication skills
- High attention to detail, organized, resourceful, and dependable
- Good at anticipating, forethought, and planning
- Very Self Motivated
- Quick learner
- iPhone and High-Speed internet access
- Knowledge of TikTok & YouTube
- Ability to work in a fast pace environment
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
- Minimum 3-month commitment

*Remote Unpaid Social Media Community Management Internship (for school credit)
This internship primarily focuses on doing engagement, community management, and community building on all of our social platforms, IG, TT, FB, Pinterest, YT as well as helping to build our brand new Disord Group!
TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES (not limited to):
- Responding to comments left on posts on all our social platforms.
- Engage with target audience to increase brand awareness, following, and account engagement.
- Help to build our brand new Discord server, and make it successful.
- Community management of Discord server.
- Build documents and checklists for your position to help train other interns. Research how other companies are building their Discord groups make suggestions, share insights and examples to help improve our results.
TIME COMMITMENT:
Mon - Fri, 20 - 25 hours a week
REQUIREMENTS:

Knowledge of building a Discord community and server
