All art kits are sent using USPS First Class Mail. You can generally expect delivery within 7 to 15 business days after the 3rd of March, June, September, or December. We charge for your subscription three months before shipping. For example, if you sign up between March 1st and May 31st, your first kit will ship on June 3rd, and then arrive about 7 to 15 business days later.

Yes! You will receive an email notification when your subscription package is shipped. We’ll send this to the email address we have on file.

Yes, you can! You have the flexibility to pause or resume your subscription anytime, anywhere through your account. Just a reminder: each billing cycle covers the upcoming quarter’s kit. If you want to take a break from your subscription, please make sure to pause your billing before your next recurring subscription order is generated. For example, if your order is set to generate on February 4th, you'll need to pause your billing before that date.

Here’s How to Pause Your Subscription:

1. Log into your Grabie account.
2. Click "Manage Subscription."
3. Select the subscription you want to pause.
4. Click “Pause Subscription.”
5. A confirmation pop-up will appear—just click “Confirm” to finalize.

You can cancel at any time.

1. Log into your Grabie account.
2. Click “Manage Subscription.”
3. Select the subscription you want to cancel.
4. Click “Cancel Subscription.”
5. Select cancellation reason.
6. Click “Cancel Subscription.”

If you cancel after your subscription has been renewed, you’ll still receive this quarter’s kit, but it won’t renew for any following quarters. If you cancel before renewal, you won’t receive an upcoming pack or be billed for any others.

Once you subscribe, you’ll receive your 15% VIP Subscriber discount code via email. Here’s what you need to know:

1. One-Time Use: This discount code can only be used once per person, so make sure to keep it for a purchase you really want!
2. For One-Time Products Only: The code is applicable for one-time purchases from Grabie. Please note that it cannot be used for recurring subscription orders for the next month or quarter.

We release theme spoilers on Instagram and Facebook every 3 months on the first day of the quarter. If you're not a fan of the themes, you can choose to skip or pause that quarter. Want to grab an extra kit? Go for it. And if you're not on social media, don't worry - we'll also email all the theme spoilers at the start of each quarter, giving you ample time to decide.

*If you want to skip a quarter, you will have to skip the prior quarter’s billing in your account dashboard. If your billing has already been processed for the quarter you want to skip, please contact service@grabie.cc and we’ll handle it!
