We bill for the subscription in the month prior to shipment. For example, if you sign up anytime in January (January 1st through January 31st), your first box will ship on the 3rd of February. You can expect to receive it approximately 7 to 15 business days after that date.

Yes! You will receive an email notification when your subscription package is shipped. We’ll send this to the email address we have on file.

Yes, you can! You have the flexibility to pause or resume your subscription anytime, anywhere through your account. Just a reminder: each billing cycle covers the upcoming month’s box. If you want to take a break from your subscription, please make sure to pause your billing before your next recurring subscription order is generated. For example, if your order is set to generate on February 4th, you'll need to pause your billing before that date.

Here’s How to Pause Your Subscription:

1. Log into your Grabie account.
2. Click "Manage Subscription."
3. Select the subscription you want to pause.
4. Click “Pause Subscription.”
5. A confirmation pop-up will appear—just click “Confirm” to finalize.

If you need to change your credit card information on file, just follow these simple steps:

1. Log in to your Grabie account.
2. Click “Manage Subscription” at the top of the page.
3. Choose the subscription you’d like to update.
4. Click "Edit" next to Payment Details.
5. Select "Update payment method,” then click "Send Email."
6. Check your email for a message from Shopify with further instructions.
7. Follow the instructions in the email to update your payment info.

Important Notes:
- Any updates will take effect on your next bill. If you’ve already been billed for this month’s subscription, please reach out for assistance.

To update your shipping address for your subscription, follow these steps:

1. Log in to your Grabie account.
2. Click “Manage Subscription” at the top of the page.
3. Select the subscription you want to update.
4. Click “See More Details.”
5. Click "Edit" next to the Product Shipping Info.
6. Click "Edit" next to your shipping address on the right side of the page.
7. Enter your new address.
8. Click “Save.”

If you changed your shipping address but did not follow these steps, you may have only updated your address for one-time online store orders and not your subscription.

If you did follow these steps and your subscription is still shipping to the old address, it’s possible that your address update occurred after you were billed for your subscription. Changes to your subscription will take effect with your next billing cycle. If the address update was made after payment was processed, the old address would have been used.

You can cancel at any time.

1. Log into your Grabie account.
2. Click “Manage Subscription.”
3. Select the subscription you want to cancel.
4. Click “Cancel Subscription.”
5. Select cancellation reason.
6. Click “Cancel Subscription.”

If you cancel after your subscription has been renewed, you’ll still receive this month’s box, but it won’t renew for any following months. If you cancel before renewal, you won’t receive an upcoming pack or be billed for any others.

Once you subscribe, you’ll receive your 15% VIP Subscriber discount code via email. Here’s what you need to know:

1. One-Time Use: This discount code can only be used once per person, so make sure to keep it for a purchase you really want!
2. For One-Time Products Only: The code is applicable for one-time purchases from Grabie. Please note that it cannot be used for recurring subscription orders for the next month or quarter.
